Court finds Apollo liable for JPL violation

Jelurida won the court action in the Netherlands brought against Apollo Fintech. The court found that Apollo has failed to comply fully with the provisions of the Jelurida Public License, infringing Jelurida's copyrights vested in the Nxt software. Jelurida submitted expert evidence demonstrating that Apollo is a clone of Nxt, with more than 75% of its code by lines still directly or indirectly dependent on Nxt code. Apollo has been ordered to fulfil immediately its obligations under the JPL in full and unconditionally, and to pay the legal costs of Jelurida. For more details, see the full text of the judgement in Dutch (English translation now also available).
Shortly after Jelurida's legal victory in the Netherlands, Apollo voluntarily dropped the lawsuit launched by its U.S. affiliates against Jelurida in the United States.
