Nxt version 1.12.0e released as required testnet upgrade

Nxt got a long-awaited update this week with the release of new features and optimizations in Nxt experimental release 1.12.0e. This is a required update for testnet nodes prior to September 1st, though many features will also function in beta on mainnet as well. BlockchainDev1000 launches in Nigeria
