Senior Full-Stack Java and Front-End Engineer

Jelurida is looking to hire a senior full-stack Java and front-end engineer to participate in the development of our Ardor blockchain platform, with a focus on the browser based wallet UI.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular and others is a must. You need to be able to write modern UI code and make decisions about libraries and tools to be used in order to simplify and streamline our UI development.
• You must have good understanding of the core Java platform, excellent object-oriented design skills, strong analytical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• You should have experience with server-side core Java applications, relational databases, servlets, networking, multi-threaded programming, and design patterns. You will be expected to write clean, understandable and self-documented code, paying attention to performance and concurrency issues.
• You must be able to work independently and to take a project through the full development lifecycle, from conception to completion.
• Previous experience with blockchain platforms, financial applications, and cryptography, is not required but would be very helpful.
• If you are in Lugano, you will be welcome to work in our office, but otherwise the position is telecommuting only. We offer flexible working hours and a no-nonsense work environment.
• Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
