Ardor 3.0.0e has been released

Since its origin, Ardor has always been a blockchain platform solution to many common problems of this technology, thanks to its multi-chain architecture. Through the years, many unique features have been added, such as the bundling system, the transaction fees optionally sponsored by the bundlers, the hybrid permissioned child chains, and the lightweight contracts on the Ignis child chain.
The new Ardor 3.0.0e version enables pruning and snapshotting of child-chains transactions on its public testnet and it is now available for use by the general public. This additional milestone achieved in Ardor functionality helps to overcome the issue of blockchain bloat, thus reducing the blockchain size to a minimum without sacrificing the security of the network, as also mentioned in these articles. Ardor users are welcome to discuss any issues on the Ardor support forum.

Read the article about DeFi & NFT feature

This article, written by the community member TheWireMaster, explains how the new NFT function of DeFiMAGIC Twitter BOT works. 2020 was the year of DeFi and NFT happening on ETH, or on other more established projects. So, given Ardor's outstanding features available for general use, the Ardor community made DeFiMAGIC bot as DeFi parody version and, thanks to Ardor's combined features of Singleton Asset and Data Cloud, they also created the Ardor version to store larger images on blockchain. There is still space for functionality optimization and costs reduction closer to zero, but this is a great example of the massive potential of Ardor.
